About the role

The Treasury Services teams are an integral part of any company. At Revolut, they're more than just an important part of the business — they're our backbone.

Settlements? Middle Office? Bank Network Management? That's a good start. Supporting all areas of the company through meeting payment requirements of the business, end-to-end trade support and banking counterparty management — this is what our Treasury Services people do all day long.

We're looking for a motivated Head of Payment Operations to oversee our Settlements, Trade Support, and Bank Network Management activities in our Internal Treasury team. If you‘re hands-on, like driving excellence in these areas, and enjoy problem-'solving for unique products and initiatives, we've got something special for you.

You'll work closely with our Asset & Liability Management (ALM), Capital & Liquidity teams, Market Making team, our counterparties, and Technology team to deliver WOW for all things Treasury Services.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing our Settlements, Trade Support, and Bank Network Management teams
  • Driving operational excellence in these areas through process improvement initiatives
  • Hands-on involvement in more complex areas such as new products/fund flows
  • Ensuring trade life cycle is managed end to end with minimal operational risk, working with external parties across product types to ensure portfolios are well managed
  • Prioritising and investigating quickly to resolve breaks across multiple asset classes in Treasury
  • Managing the liquidity across our accounts to meet funding requirements for our client activity (including crypto)
  • Being an advisor and subject matter expert on all things treasury services to stakeholders outside the team
  • Ensuring all trades are booked, processed, and executed correctly by our Settlements team
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with our banking and trading counterparties
  • Implementing new tools and processes to improve overall team performance
  • Ensuring sufficient controls are in place and followed to ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements

What you'll need

  • 7+ years of experience in Treasury Operations/Treasury Services or similar roles in financial services or fintech
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Team management experience and the ability to develop promising talent into A-Players
  • Impeccable technical knowledge and demonstrable experience in Payments, Settlements, and Trade Support
  • Experience with external banking counterparty relationships
  • A willingness to be hands-on and get into details
