About the role

Want to shape how the next generation thinks about money? We're building the essential financial app for teens, and we need a rockstar Product Marketer to help us get there.

If financial confidence starts young, our Product Marketing team is the force that makes it happen. Working alongside Product, Design, Data Science, Engineering, and Growth teams, you'll be the bridge between innovative features and the young minds who'll use them. We're not just building another finance app — we're creating the future of how the next generation manages, saves, and grows their money.

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager who can speak the language of both teens and parents, transform money features into must-have tools, and build trust with families. You'll be instrumental in our mission to become the go-to money platform for young people, guiding them from their first allowance to their first salary.

This isn't just any marketing role. You'll be the architect behind how millions of young people understand and interact with money. What you’ll be doing

  • Immersing yourself in understanding teenagers' unique financial needs and how our product offerings align with their lifestyle
  • Leading go-to-market strategy and execution across our Revolut <18 product portfolio, serving parents, children, and teens
  • Developing and owning a full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategy, from initial awareness through retention and transition to our adult platform
  • Designing data-driven quarterly roadmaps to increase product adoption and engagement through creative, teen-focused initiatives
  • Creating compelling value propositions and messaging that speaks authentically to teens and parents
  • Briefing creative teams and orchestrating multi-channel launches
  • Building feedback loops to gather teen insights and translate them into actionable product marketing strategies
  • Developing solid cross-functional relationships to effectively bring new features and campaigns to market in our fast-paced environment

What you'll need

  • Experience in B2C product or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a high-growth fintech or youth-focused tech company
  • A proven track record leading complex go-to-market campaigns that require cross-functional collaboration
  • The ability to generate original ideas that resonate with young audiences while maintaining brand integrity
  • Expertise across marketing channels (in-product, social media, digital, PR, and offline activations) that reach teen audiences
  • Impressive analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for different stakeholders
  • Passion for financial education and empowering teens with better financial solutions
  • An exceptional eye for detail and quality

Nice to have

  • A deep understanding of teen behaviours, preferences, and financial needs
  • Solid knowledge of the teen banking landscape and competitive fintech offerings
  • A master’s degree in a relevant field of study
