We're looking for an IT Change Manager to join Revolut Japan in order to manage projects and collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Product teams. A brilliant problem solver who's passionate about IT systems, networks, and related technologies.

What you’ll be doing
- Collaborating with the Global Information Security team, working towards the maturity, automation, and scalability of InfoSec and IT operations controls in Japan
- Developing and delivering strategies, methodologies, communications, and training plans to raise awareness of information security
- Localising Revolut Japan’s InfoSec and IT policies and procedures in line with local and Group HQ regulations
- Developing, implementing, and executing the operational and tactical goals to meet strategic KPIs within Japan’s Technology team
- Identifying and assessing the impact of information security risks on projects, and developing mitigation and risk acceptance strategies
- Building solid working relationships with local regulators
- Overseeing outsourced activities to ensure compliance against local and Group HQ regulations
- Conducting and completing third-party security risk assessments and contract reviews
- Delivering information security risk insights to the Board and Executive committees, including data-driven risk reports and monitoring metrics (KRIs, BCIs)
What you'll need
- 4+ years of end-to-end experience in InfoSec and IT operations
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure (Cloud), software, hardware, data flows, change control, etc. and the impact of these on an organisation’s posture, security policies, and operational resilience arrangements
- Experience working with Security MSPs and Outsourced model for technology services
- The ability to apply knowledge to contribute to the risk discussions related to Japan’s product roadmap
- An understanding of the hierarchy of technology, operations, security policies and standards, policy compliance, and oversight processes
- The ability to adapt messages to an audience and expectations while interacting with 1LOD and other stakeholders
- A great understanding of Japanese financial services regulations as well as a moderate understanding of other regulatory frameworks (DORA, GDPR, etc.)
- Experience performing IT audits or working in 1LOD as a Technology Risk Manager in a financial services or technology firm
- Expertise in industry and regulatory standards related to technology and security (SOX, SOC2, ISO, COBIT, ITIL, etc.)
Nice to have
- Technology and change delivery experience at a leading/global consultancy firm
- Experience building and/or scaling up the technology function of a financial services institution or fintech
- Bilingual in English and Japanese
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python
