About the role

The Outsourcing Team is one of the structural teams forming the Bank Information Group. They're responsible for managing and overseeing the risks of outsourcing and other third-party arrangements, including documentation related to operation resilience and exit plans.

We're looking for an Outsourcing Manager in Singapore to collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and service delivery teams to help manage ongoing supplier and intra-group relationships. You'll ensure proper documentation and regulatory reporting deliverables related to third-party management.

What you’ll be doing

  • Implementing the Revolut Service Delivery Management, Outsourcing, and Third-Party Risk Management framework
  • Working closely with vendor/service owners to manage activities related to outsourcing and third-party risk management
  • Overseeing and managing relationships with both internal and external service providers
  • Providing clear guidance and training for staff on third-party risk management procedures, risk assessments, and ongoing accountability
  • Collaborating with the second line to ensure regulatory compliance according to local regulations, such as MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing and Information Paper on Operational Risk Management
  • Reviewing and challenging the outsourcing and material assessment done by vendor/service owners
  • Assisting vendor owners to develop service level agreements (SLAs), business control indicators (BCIs), and key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor performance and risk

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in technology service delivery in an enterprise technical environment or similar
  • An understanding of the vendor management life cycle in financial services, consultancy, or fintech
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and address stakeholder needs while representing local requirements effectively
  • Familiarity with Singapore banking regulations, including MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing, Operational Risk Management, and prudential standards
  • Experience developing service management, monitoring processes, and conducting risk assessments for outsourcing arrangements and on an ongoing basis
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • The ability to provide recommendations to key stakeholders through the application of data analytics
  • Expertise in data visualisation and analytics, such as Looker, SQL, or Python
  • Executive and Board-level interaction experience
  • Solid connections across industry stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency in Atlassian and Google suite
