About the role

They're more than just an important part of the business — they're our backbone
Internal accounting? That’s a good start. Supporting all areas of the company and assessing financial implications from various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities — this is what our financial people do all day long.
We're looking for a Financial Services Manager to join our Transactions Services team. You'll lead the processing of accounts receivable invoices, drive system automation and change, and process transactions at high quality within SLAs.
Up to shape the future of fintech? Let's get in touch.
What you’ll be doing
- Processing vendor and receivable invoices, expenses, and corporate card claims under agreed SLAs and documented process
- Supporting with related accounting entries
- Understanding and maintaining robust controls within a paperless environment
- Handling and responding to queries raised through a service desk in a timely and customer-oriented manner
- Providing analysis as required

- Making suggestions for system enhancements
- Working on process improvements and other ad hoc projects
- Processing transactions in line with agreed SLAs and policies
What you'll need
- A bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, or economics, having graduated with at least a 2:1 (or equivalent) from a top university
- 4+ years of experience working in finance, ideally delivering transaction services such as employee expenses processing
- A solid track record of your best achievements, supported by data and logical thinking
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work
Building a global financial super app isn’t enough. Our Revoluters are a priority, and that’s why in 2021 we launched our inaugural D&I Framework, designed to help us thrive and grow everyday. We're not just doing this because it's the right thing to do. We’re doing it because we know that seeking out diverse talent and creating an inclusive workplace is the way to create exceptional, innovative products and services for our customers. That’s why we encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to join this multicultural, hard-working team.
