Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 50+ million customers get more from their money every day.

As we continue our lightning-fast growth,‌ 2 things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we've been certified as a Great Place to Work™. So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.

About the role

The Finance team is an integral part of any business. At Revolut, we take that one step further. Our global fintech would be lost without them. They’re more than just an important part of the business — they’re our backbone.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements? That’s just the beginning. Supporting global regulatory reporting teams, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting — this is what our Axiom Product team does all day long.

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the extension and support of the Axiom platform for regulatory reporting purposes. You'll drive initiatives to meet global regulatory obligations and business needs, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Up to shape the future of finance? Let’s get in touch.

What you’ll be doing

  • Extending Axiom solution coverage to support new geographies, products, and reporting obligations
  • Leading documentation and delivery of high-quality business requirements and functional specifications
  • Performing user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparing detailed test cases and validating expected results
  • Collaborating with global regulatory reporting teams to address regulation-specific queries and ensure compliance
  • Contributing to the development of the operating model and DevOps processes to improve efficiency and delivery
  • Managing and delivering concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance are met
  • Providing subject matter expertise for CoRep/FinRep reporting and other regulatory frameworks
  • Mentoring junior team members and leading key initiatives to optimise processes across teams

What you'll need

  • Advanced SQL skills to run complex queries for analysis, data extraction, and preparation of expected results
  • Experience with CoRep/FinRep reporting, preferably using Axiom
  • Project management experience with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and tools (JIRA and Confluence)
  • A solid understanding of financial products and their implications for regulatory reporting
  • Proven ability to document business requirements and write detailed functional specifications
  • Experience performing UAT, including preparing test cases and analysing results
  • Regulatory reporting expertise, specifically EBA reporting (CoRep/FinRep), with a focus on ensuring compliance across multiple regions
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery across different projects
  • Impeccable communication skills and experience working with global teams, handling complex regulatory queries

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRR/CRD, ITS, and the DPM/reporting taxonomy
  • Experience in project management or a leadership role within regulatory reporting functions
