About the role
The Legal team sits at the heart of Revolut as one of the most important areas of our business. This focused bunch supports all other Revolut teams, helping us achieve our goals each and every day.

We’re looking for a Contract Manager to help negotiate contracts with our non-material vendors. You’ll work directly with internal stakeholders to review and negotiate vendor contracts, prepare summaries of key risks and obligations, and manage contracts through our contract approval process. Your efforts will directly contribute to streamlining the operations of our Commercial Legal team.
Our team digs deep to efficiently work through deals. We’re not back-seat passengers — we help drive commercial deals through to completion in a timely manner. We’re solution-focused and we support all our Product and Services teams to Get it Done.

What you’ll be doing
- Reviewing vendor terms against Revolut’s playbook and negotiating specific provisions
- Preparing summaries of key risks and obligations in a defined format for internal stakeholders
- Managing contracts through our contract approval and signing process
- Updating our contract database
- Supporting with the contract renewal process
- Enhancing our vendor management processes
What you'll need
- The ability to review and understand contractual terms and explain the relevant risks to stakeholders in plain English
- Familiarity with legal requirements and best practices in contract management
- Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail
- Exceptional stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills
- A degree in law, business administration, or other relevant field
Nice to have
- Experience or qualification in contract management
- Experience within an in-house legal department
