We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help us build the next generation of crypto products for advanced traders, including products with leverage. Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our business to help millions of customers worldwide.

What you’ll be doing
- Scoping and building completely new products (derivatives, margin trading) to accelerate the growth Revolut’s crypto offering
- Researching industry trends and best market practices
- Engaging with stakeholders across the organization to manage all aspects of the new products (incl. financial, risk, regulatory compliance)
- Searching and prioritising new features to provide a seamless customer experience
- Driving the commercial strategy for the new products
- Scaling Revolut products to new geographies and entities
- Building and optimising scalable processes to ensure efficient operations
- Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
What you'll need
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building trading products or working with trading products
- Experience designing and managing resilient processes for complex products
- Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
- Enjoy working with data and have strong data analysis skills
- Natural curiosity and will to make an impact
- Interest in the financial industry
Nice to have
- Experience working in the crypto industry or having extensive knowledge of the market
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment such as a high growth startup, IB or consulting is a plus.
- Experience in SQL or Python
Compensation range
- Lithuania: €5,200 - €5,800 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
