About the role

Encouraged to break new frontiers, Business Development at Revolut is at the front line of diversifying and increasing profit for the business. These teams work across industries and areas to present various creative options for new revenue streams.

Responsible for every pitch from inception to delivery, they also ensure that all new ideas are viable from a business perspective. Though individual specialists are spread across the business, supporting different teams in their growth, they still come together as a function to align on key areas as often as necessary.

This role is within the Credit Premium team and will focus on expanding credit product offerings and driving business growth. You'll own and drive strategic business development initiatives for credit product partnerships, manage Revolut’s paid plan offerings, and lead strategic counterparty relationships globally. This role requires a sharp mind that can understand every aspect of Revolut's features, pursue new opportunities, close deals, and push projects to implementation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive sustainable growth and expansion of credit card offerings for our clients, encompassing customer acquisition, retention, and product innovation
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the credit card industry and adjacent markets for our clients, conducting thorough market research and feasibility analysis
  • Building and managing strong, collaborative relationships with key partners, including financial institutions, payment networks, and merchants, to foster mutually beneficial partnerships for our clients
  • Conducting in-depth financial modelling and analysis to evaluate the financial viability and profitability of new business ventures and strategic initiatives for our clients
  • Developing and presenting persuasive business cases to senior management, clearly articulating the strategic rationale, financial projections, and potential risks and benefits to support our clients' decision-making
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, working cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, operations, risk, and legal, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies for our clients

What you'll need

  • 4+ years' experience in strategy consulting or banking, working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in credit cards analysis, partnerships, modelling, with a revenue focus, or credit/premium partnership experience in tech/fintech
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create financial models and negotiate effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and a passion for working in financial services

  • Expertise in SQL

Compensation range

  • Vilnius: €4,800 - €5,000 gross monthly*
  • Lithuania: €4,800 - €5,000 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
