About the role
Without our Product team, there'd be no Revolut. Each one of our features started here, in the hands of our creative and innovative Product team members, and all our future ones will too.
This team’s scope is wide — leading on the integration of engineering, data science, operations, and design — to continue changing the way the world does money.
We’re looking for a Lead Product Owner who knows how to take responsibility over the roadmap of their product, including day-to-day operations, project execution, and addressing risks. From conception to launch and beyond, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior management to be the go-to person for your product.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning different products across our customer experience department
- Managing, enhancing, and redesigning our CX offerings, including the news feed, chat, chatbots, and voice assistance, while also introducing new features to elevate our customer experience to the next level
- Completely owning your team's products and features, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance
- Working alongside multiple stakeholders across the business
- Reporting into senior leadership
- Taking end-to-end ownership of the whole department and its roadmap, you'll be looking to exceed industry standards and ensure our customer support/experience is top-tier
What you'll need
- Exceptional UX skills — these experiences are design-heavy and need to be highly user centric
- Previous experience of building out a CX offering
- Experience in managing large teams (Product Leaders at Revolut directly manage multiple squads and Product Owners)
- Experience working on technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, computer vision, embedded systems, robotics, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A bias to action and bootstrapping major projects, never hesitant to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on
- Experience developing and launching products from scratch

- Experience with building out AI products
