About the role

The Finance team is an integral part of any business. At Revolut, we take that one step further. They’re more than just an important part of the business — they’re our backbone.

We’re looking for a motivated Treasury Manager to join our EU Treasury team. You’ll play a key role in managing Revolut Europe's Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB). You'll develop and implement effective risk management strategies, analyse complex interest rate scenarios, and provide crucial insights to senior management.

This is an exciting time for Revolut as we continue our hyper-growth. Join us in developing the European Bank, help release exciting new features, look after our customers, and closely manage our risks.

Up to shape the future of finance? Let’s get in touch.

What you’ll be doing

  • Enhancing and building out our IRRBB frameworks and modelling
  • Supporting business decision making to optimise the interest rate risk of the Bank
  • Performing regular IRRBB reporting and forecasting
  • Owning and developing IRRBB policies, procedures, and standards
  • Interacting with the Technology team to help drive improvements in IRRBB processes and enhance Management Information (MI)
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of IRRBB regulation requirements and guidelines
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on IRRBB matters with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of treasury management experience, with a keen focus on IRRBB, working in a European bank
  • A solid understanding of EU banking regulations, particularly in relation to IRRBB, and broader treasury concepts
  • Expertise in the delivery of ICAAP documents
  • A track record of contributing analysis and explaining decisions to senior management
  • Technical knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Impressive problem-solving skills to break down complex issues into their component parts, identify the root cause, and create elegant solutions
