About Revolut

People deserve more from their money. More visibility, more control, and more freedom. Since 2015, Revolut has been on a mission to deliver just that. Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 50+ million customers get more from their money every day.

As we continue our lightning-fast growth,‌ 2 things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we've been certified as a Great Place to Work™. So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.

About the role

The Legal team sits at the heart of Revolut, and it’s a very important part of the business. This lovely bunch supports all other Revolut teams, helping us achieve our goals each and every day.

They’re special, they’re strong-willed, and they work in a lot of different areas (which isn’t that common for an in-house role, we know, but they’re just that good). From structuring credit programmes to launching into new territories, the Legal team does it all.

We’re looking for a Junior Company Secretary who’ll make sure we follow important legislation and regulations and keep board members informed of their legal responsibilities so they comply with the law.

You’ll also be responsible for communicating with shareholders, making sure shares are paid, and maintaining company records.

Up to shape the future of finance? Let's get in touch.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing support on minute-taking during meetings, circulating minutes to relevant attendees, and ensuring minutes are signed
  • Preparing and submitting various statutory and regulatory filings
  • Liaising with notaries, legal counsel, and local directors to arrange signing of legal paperwork in compliance with local law requirements
  • Maintaining corporate books, records, and data stored in key systems
  • Supporting the onboarding of directors
  • Sending out requests to obtain and update KYC information and declarations of interest for board members, senior executives, and key management personnel
  • Assisting in the production of process guides and informational pages to facilitate knowledge transfer amongst team members and stakeholders

What you'll need

  • A bachelor’s degree in law
  • 3+ years of company secretary experience in a reputable financial institution
  • International experience covering multiple jurisdictions
  • Expertise in corporate governance, company law, and conflict of interest management
  • Excellent attention to details
  • The ability to lead board and committee arrangements effectively
  • The ability to draft clear and effective minutes
  • Experience owning legal entity compliance activity with minimal support
  • Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to build solid relationships at senior level
  • A focus on client delivery
  • Resilience and the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • Fluency in English with impeccable communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services or technology
