About the role
At Revolut, Business Development drives diversification and profit growth through innovative revenue streams. Our teams collaborate across industries to explore creative solutions, owning pitches from concept to execution while ensuring commercial viability. Specialists are embedded across teams, but collaborate regularly to align priorities.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to cultivate strategic partnerships globally. You’ll manage existing and new partners, securing deals that deliver exceptional customer features at optimal value. We need a professional who's driven to close high-impact agreements and thrives in fast-paced environments.

What you’ll be doing
- Focusing on growth, distribution deals, and product partnerships centred around one of Revolut’s flagship products, Revolut Pro
- Working closely with our Product team on drafting the strategic plan and leading its execution
- Scoping, researching, and conducting due diligence, working cross-departmentally to involve relevant stakeholders
- Building cases and modelling to detail the prospective commercial impact
- Presenting to senior internal stakeholders and prioritising deals based on impact
- Defining key objectives to attain in commercial deals, and negotiating them
- Collaborating with Product and Operations teams to ensure flawless project implementation
- Relentlessly executing until project go-live and then owning and optimising performance
- Leading the relationship management effort with current partners
What you'll need
- 2–4 years of experience in a top startup, fast growing tech company, top-tier consulting firm, or customer-facing investment bank
- Evidence of solid analytical skills
- To be an avid, quick learner
- A desire to make an impact and take ownership
- An ambitious and result-driven personality
- Impeccable communication and organisational skills
- Determination and grit in getting things done
- A proactive attitude
- A love for problem-solving
