Internal accounting? That’s a good start. Supporting all areas of the company and assessing financial implications from various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities — this is what our financial people do all day long.

We're looking for an Accounting Manager who will report to the Head of Controllership and prudential reporting. This is an exciting time for Revolut and none more so than to be joining the (to-be licensed) France bank team. And you, the lucky individual, will be responsible for pulling together the accounts.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing statutory and consolidated GL accounts for Revolut in France in ERP Oracle NetSuite in accordance with French Gaap and IFRS
• Coordinating the accounting and month-end closing process
• Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting
• Preparing analysis on movements in key general ledger accounts
• Managing the accounting policy, ensuring that it's up-to-date and latest changes in French Gaap, IFRS, and Group policies are implemented
• Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process - both via automation and control
• Leading setup of the entity's accounting team
• Participating in annual and interim audits
• Delivering advice on accounting and reporting issues
• Contributing to and defining consolidation, as well as financial control processes and procedures

What you'll need

• 7+ years experience in a similar role in finance and/or controlling function
• Excellent accounting knowledge, with proven experience with IFRS and consolidated financial reporting
• A structured and logical approach to solving problems
• Exceptional analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
• Experience within a fast-growing organisation
• Great motivation and focus on delivery
• A business school or university degree in accounting, management, or economics
