What you'll be doing

• Optimising operational processes to enable scalable growth in Japan
• Executing and scaling operations in Japan
• Collaborating with local and global teams to develop playbooks and product integrations
• Defining project priorities and setting timelines to meet team goals
• Identifying new features to enhance the local customer experience
• Managing key vendor relationships
• Building systems to track and evaluate vendor performance
• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms

What you'll need

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years of experience in program or project management
• A background in internal strategy or product launch
• Fluency in English
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
• A proven capability to simplify and structure complex problem
• The ability to work autonomously with data using tools such as SQL, Python, or Excel
• The ability to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute
• An interest in the financial industry and its transformation through technology
