About the role

Our Risk team sits at the very core of Revolut. Those special agents work across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure that the business is on safe footing.

People in the Risk team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from App Technology, through Treasury and Finance, to Customer Support.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to be a key member of our group risk team. This role is responsible for the implementation of cross-functional elements of the risk management framework including governance structures, maintenance of RAS, monitoring and reporting daily risk exposures, focusing on risk culture and awareness, managing the new initiatives approval process.

What you'll be doing

• Organising risk awareness sessions and developing educational materials
• Creating onboarding risk materials for new employees
• Developing and implementing risk policies, procedures, and appetite statements
• Defining and maintaining key risk indicators
• Monitoring risks against defined limits and thresholds
• Producing regular risk reports for management and stakeholders
• Registering and documenting risk events as part of the incident management process
• Managing and delivering risk incident reports to senior management and regulators
• Providing guidance on identifying and assessing inherent, net, and residual risks and related internal controls
• Monitoring KRI breaches and coordinating with risk owners and group risk team to resolve them within deadlines
• Supporting the New Initiatives approval process
• Ensuring appropriate engagement with local SME stakeholders and governance alignment
• Developing and maintaining risk tools and systems

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in risk management within financial services
• A degree or certifications in risk management
• Experience in operational or enterprise risk management
• Background in consumer platforms such as banks or NBFIs
• The ability to interpret and organise complex information into actionable insights
• A naturally curious mindset with a drive to challenge assumptions and understand systems deeply
• A methodical approach and strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities
