We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as an Operations Manager for our Finance team at the Europe Bank. There's a lot of plates to spin, so we need someone who can be light on their feet and tight on their results.

You'll take ownership of our most impactful finance-related projects, driving efficiency and strategic improvements. You'll also be the lead for the financial aspects of new product launches, guiding our innovations from a business perspective. Ultimately, you'll play a central role in helping us scale the business by building the operational frameworks we need to succeed.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating finance projects such as the annual audit and the preparation of annual and sustainability reports
• Managing end-to-end project delivery while collaborating with stakeholders across the business
• Coordinating the third-party vendor onboarding process to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Acting as the main contact for third-party approvals and ensuring timely execution
• Coordinating new initiative approval processes across finance functions
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
• Enhancing the finance management framework, including policies, procedures, and standards

What you'll need

• A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment within banking, fintech, or a consulting or audit firm
• A proven track record in driving strategies, planning processes and change initiatives
• The ability to lead complex projects from inception to delivery
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage work efficiently
• A hands-on mindset and proactive attitude, comfortable with tasks from manual processing to global initiatives
• The ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable steps

Nice to have

• Experience with designing and implementing finance optimisation initiatives such as process improvements or target operating models
• Experience with high-volume transaction processing and large datasets
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience in managing system development from requirements gathering to go-live
• A program management qualification such as Prince II, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
• Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent)
• Experience applying IFRS in complex and regulated environments

Compensation range

• Vilnius: €5,300 - €6,200 gross monthly*
• Lithuania: €5,300 - €6,200 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
