About the role

Revolut’s Talent team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.

We're looking for a People Partner (Employee Experience) to ensure that our people are operating at their best in a well-structured, high-performance environment. You'll drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within Revolut.

What you'll be doing

• Creating and taking ownership of the DEI road map by designing, implementing, and managing DEI related programmes
• Developing and improving mechanisms to drive DEI initiatives
• Leading and managing DEI projects and/or programmes, from initiation through to execution, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
• Identifying external trends and recognising best practices that will increase diversity among the workforce
• Building relationships with senior leaders and ensuring active engagement, support of DEI initiatives, and integration into business
• Keeping up to date on key developments/research in the DEI field, and acting as a key point of expertise for colleagues and leaders
• Reviewing the organisation's workplace policies, training, and procedures, ensuring all are inclusive

What you'll need

• Business experience driving diversity and inclusion change management
• To be a diversity, equity, and inclusion subject matter expert
• Experience building successful relationships, advising business leaders, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience developing key success measures that drive impact
• Experience with diversity, content development, and facilitation
• To have joy for helping others
• The ability to explain complex things simply and concisely
• The ability to notice the small things and how they impact the global picture

Nice to have

• Global knowledge of DEI legislations
