About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Finance Manager who'll report to the Head of Accounting. This is a big deal. We've recently launched our new Finance Department in Mexico and you, the lucky individual, will be responsible for pulling together the accounts.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing consolidated GL accounts for Mexico holdings and subsidiaries in Oracle NetSuite
• Ensuring compliance with local GAAP and IFRS in financial reporting
• Supporting accounting and month-end closing processes for the Mexico holding and its entities
• Ensuring accurate and timely book closing for monthly and annual reporting
• Preparing analysis on movements in key general ledger accounts
• Supporting the maintenance of accounting policies to ensure they're up to date
• Implementing changes to local GAAP, IFRS, and Group policies
• Proposing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of reporting
• Driving automation and control initiatives for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Participating in annual and interim audits
• Providing advice on accounting and reporting issues
• Supporting the creation of technical accounting papers
• Ensuring proper tracking and follow-up of audit findings

What you'll need

• A university degree in management, administration, accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a financial institution in auditing, accounting, or controlling functions
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles
• Proven experience with SQL and consolidated financial reporting
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive mindset
• Experience working in a fast-growing organisation
• Great motivation and focus on delivery

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IFRS standards
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite
