About the role

Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.

We're looking for a People Partner (HR Advisor) to support the management and development of our fast growing teams. You'll take our HR strategies to the next level by using your data-oriented and results-driven approach.

We need a people expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Someone who loves to grow and support others to do the same.

What you'll be doing

• Being a trusted strategic advisor to your stakeholders by providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR
• Proactively identifying people issues and trends within the business, and working together with stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions
• Optimising day-to-day HR operations, keeping people-centricity in mind
• Leading performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures
• Contributing to the development of world-class HR policies and procedures

What you'll need

• Experience in a regulated financial services and hyper-growth environment, like banking or fintech
• Logical and analytical thinking and project management skills
• Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• A data and process-driven approach towards HR
• A results-driven and numbers-oriented working style
• Extensive knowledge of local labour laws
• Demonstrable experience reviewing and developing policies and procedures
• Fluency in English and Portuguese

• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to influence through your communication
