About the role
Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement across the globe.
They can do it all; from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own the market with a solution-oriented approach, using their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed We’re looking for a skilled Scaled Services Team Lead to ensure that the sales operations at Revolut are done at the best standard.
Our Scaled Services Team Lead will be the primary point of contact for the Sales department for a variety of customer-focused business challenges. We are also internal customer-champions, working with product teams to ensure users stay at the forefront of everything Revolut does

What you’ll be doing
- Ensuring that the sales team is appropriately remunerated by leading the validation strategy
- Becoming the point of contact for the sales team in order to ensure the right validation structure is followed
- Identifying and preventing recurrent flaws within the sales validation strategy
- Leading the strategy behind how to scale and make the validation process more efficient for the sales organization
- Collaborating with product and data teams in order to improve the validation process and experience
- Supporting Sales Operations in sales compensation and sales forecasting strategies
What you'll need
- 4+years of experience working in a Tech or other fast-paced B2C company or consultancy
- Experience in Customer Experience, Project Management, Marketing and/or Communications
- Experience of influencing other teams to implement your plans
- Great oral and written communication skills in English
- Great self-organisation and keeping cool when working to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to have
- Understanding of financial crime processes, including AML and KYB
- Proven stakeholder-management experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce
