About the role
Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to work within our Mobility Partnerships team. You'll focus on forging strategic alliances with industry leaders and key players in the mobility space to drive the strategy and execution of global partnership initiatives.
This role involves working closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Brand, Communications, Operations, and Analytics to identify and pursue opportunities for revenue generation and customer acquisition.

What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing mobility partnership strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance Revolut's value proposition
- Identifying and securing opportunities, negotiating contracts and tailoring packages to align with business needs and ensure maximum value generation
- Building business cases to support and inform business decisions
- Running partnerships performance analysis to maximise impact from the various partnerships and report progress internally
- Building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective partners, ensuring business objectives are met
- Developing efficient processes and ways of working with external and internal stakeholders
- Managing various projects in parallel, working at times under tight timelines, and planning contingencies
What you'll need
- 2–4 years in partnerships, or business development, with a proven track record of shaping and securing partnership deals
- Expertise in constructing, analysing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Project management experience with multiple levels of complexity across various functions
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Great business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Robust analytical skills
- Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
