About the role

Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next.

We’re looking for a Head of Growth to provide strategic leadership and drive growth in the UAE. As a member of our local management team, you'll oversee campaigns across our product suite to showcase customer value in a forward-thinking way.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining a whole-of-business perspective and proactive approach to lead growth initiatives
  • Building and leading the local Growth team as we expand the range of products and scale our business
  • Driving and monitoring growth performance
  • Helping our Growth team negotiate key partnerships and vendor contracts locally and regionally
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to improve internal growth methods, tools, and results to scale our business
  • Working closely with Operations teams to conceive, fund, and execute campaigns to achieve meaningful customer value and revenue growth
  • Ensuring alignment with other markets for regionand global growth initiatives

What you'll need

  • 10+ years of experience in B2C marketing using Through The Line channels to drive customer acquisition
  • Experience building and leading teams, with a willingness to invest in the development of your team members and enable them to deliver on their KPIs
  • Experience in leadership forums that have a business-wide impact
  • Advanced analytical skills and a track record of taking data-informed decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer marketing and growth drivers
  • Excellent academic credentials and demonstrable career progression
  • Relevant experience in a high-growth, agile environment
  • Solid relationship-building skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen, from facilitating negotiations to enabling their execution
  • Great organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring quality, resources, and time are optimised
  • Enthusiasm and a drive for delivering results
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in experiential or guerrilla marketing tactics
  • A background in finance or fintech
