About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Head of ALM and Liquidity to establish frameworks around these areas. You'll ensure robust controls to optimise structures, while applying your experience managing cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks.

What you'll be doing

• Establishing and leading the local ALM and liquidity framework
• Designing an optimal structure, ensuring strong governance and compliance with Bank of Israel and group policies
• Constructing and maintaining ALM and liquidity models, including forecasts
• Preparing data-driven ALM and liquidity dashboards, analytics, and required reports, both internal and external to optimise the balance sheet
• Overseeing interest rate gaps and funding risks, including proposals for hedges to mitigate risks
• Collaborating with Group Treasury, Risk, and Finance teams to design funding and investment strategies for local operations
• Tracking and reporting key liquidity metrics (LCR, cash buffers, and internal KPIs)
• Contributing to strategic initiatives within the ALM function

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in treasury, ALM, or liquidity risk in a traditional or digital local bank, including local branches of global banks
• A bachelor’s degree or MSc in finance, economics, accounting, or a quantitative discipline
• Solid knowledge of Basel III liquidity standards, Bank of Israel regulations, and ALM principles
• A solid understanding of bank balance sheet structure, interest rate, FX, liquidity, and risk management principles
• Advanced Excel or financial modelling experience and familiarity with ALM and treasury systems
• Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Fluency in English and Hebrew

Nice to have

• Knowledge of US GAAP
• A CPA license
• Previous experience building from the ground up
• SQL skills
