About the role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can set, deliver, and embed a data protection and privacy regulatory framework. You'll ensure operations involving customer data adhere to relevant laws, internal policies, and standards while advising on regulatory compliance requirements and related controls.

What you'll be doing
- Working across departments to develop and execute a world-class compliance framework, monitoring, and training programme
- Supporting regulatory licence applications
- Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
- Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies across a company or department
- Participating in product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations
- Reading and interpreting Israeli data privacy regulations and breaking it down into clear, actionable requirements for the business model
- Working with global DPOs and Compliance Managers to ensure that local risk management frameworks and processes are aligned with global ones
- Supporting the Head of Compliance in rolling out a robust compliance programme for the company
What you'll need
- Experience in a legal or regulatory compliance role within a financial institution, fintech, bank, or consultancy on data protection matters and regulation
- Expertise in local data protection, financial regulations, and supervisory expectations, ideally with experience in the Privacy Protection Authority and Bank of Israel
- Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
- A proactive mindset and motivation to keep developing expertise in local regulation, compliance frameworks, and emerging financial products
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
- A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
Nice to have
- A data protection certificate/diploma, and/or a willingness to take exams in the future
- Experience as a DPO
