Demand Generation Lead
Risk Ledger
About us
Risk Ledger is developing a network of connected organisations, all working together to defend against cybersecurity attacks in the supply chain.
Organisations rely on us to establish trust, through sharing their security maturity and visualising the risks posed by their supply chain ecosystem. And we’re already trusted by customers like ASOS, Snyk, BAE Systems and the NHS.
We are putting together an amazing and talented team from a diverse set of backgrounds and skillsets to drive us towards our vision. Risk Ledger is built on the respect we have for one another and our users, united by our shared values and mission.
Every one of us is still learning: it’s how we grow as individuals. We’re curious. We’re ambitious. And we’re humble and honest. At Risk Ledger, we aim high to find the best solutions we can and always put our users first.
This role;
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role will take full ownership of all demand generation and funnel optimisation efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring predictable pipeline growth across the multiple regions by building and executing high performing, ABM campaigns across our digital channels.
You’ll also standardise processes and improve lead management so the team, and other teams, can scale effectively. In doing so, you’ll partner closely with Sales, SDRs and Customer Success to help deliver revenue goals.
You’ll also lead the charge in turning engagement into genuine sales readiness. This includes oversight of our website, landing pages and key digital channels like review sites that help shape our online presence. You'll track performance across all demand generation touch-points, bringing the data that helps us sharpen our messaging and maximise results.
This is a critical area of capability. Risk Ledger has a strong foundation: product-market fit, brand equity, and a loyal community of advocates. We’re looking for someone who can take what’s working and scale it—quickly and confidently.
In this role, you will;
- Own Risk Ledger’s demand generation strategy and execution for new business and expansion, with clear accountability for pipeline and revenue targets across UKI, Nordics and US markets.
- Lead as the senior campaign owner across the business, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to run focused, insight-driven campaigns that engage and convert our ICP accounts.
- Scale our demand generation motion in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership, bringing fresh ideas and data-driven thinking to reach hard-to-engage organisations.
- Drive our performance marketing efforts – owning paid media strategy (LinkedIn, Google, Bing) and delivering consistent inbound demo requests with strong CPL and ROI.
- Deliver clear and actionable reporting on campaign performance and demand generation ROI, helping marketing and sales teams make informed, confident decisions.
- Lead and mentor a small demand generation team in the UK, fostering development and ensuring high performance.
- Advise on pipeline-generation strategy – guiding the Head of Marketing on where to invest for the biggest revenue impact while mentoring more junior team members.
You will have;
- 5+ years’ commercial experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation, ideally mid-market to enterprise covering UKI, Nordics and US markets.
- A track record of delivering pipeline growth and improving conversion at scale
- Deep knowledge of paid media channels and platforms. Across SEO, Search, Paid Social, Retargeting and Direct mail.
- Clear and confident communication skills — not just within the Marketing team but to the wider GTM function.
- A commercial mindset; you own the funnel and know how to move buyers through it.
- Data skills and be highly analytical. You can not only report numbers, but you have a depth of understanding on how they inform your decisions.
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment!
You might also have;
- Experience working in the cybersecurity field!
- Worked closely with SDRs.
