About us

Risk Ledger is developing a network of connected organisations, all working together to defend against cybersecurity attacks in the supply chain.

Organisations rely on us to establish trust, through sharing their security maturity and visualising the risks posed by their supply chain ecosystem. And we’re already trusted by customers like ASOS, Snyk, BAE Systems and the NHS.

We are putting together an amazing and talented team from a diverse set of backgrounds and skillsets to drive us towards our vision. Risk Ledger is built on the respect we have for one another and our users, united by our shared values and mission.

Every one of us is still learning: it’s how we grow as individuals. We’re curious. We’re ambitious. And we’re humble and honest. At Risk Ledger, we aim high to find the best solutions we can and always put our users first.

The team;

You’ll be joining one of two cross-functional teams working on our core platform. The squad focuses on helping customers review supplier data faster, make better decisions, and report outcomes back to their business.

Right now we're heavily focused on the 'Review' workflow - getting the foundations right before layering in automation and AI capabilities - which will be a step-change in the value we’re providing.

We ship quickly & continuously in order to learn and iterate - whilst always pushing for high standards and keeping security top of mind.

This role;

We’re looking for an experienced pair of hands to support one of our core squads at a point where we’re sharpening our strategy and reshaping squads accordingly. You’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled at employing best-practice product development (for our stage of growth) given classic constraints, such as technical debt.

Given the change we’re going through, there’ll be plenty of scope to identify improvements and drive meaningful impact quickly.

This is a three-month role while hire in parallel for a full-time Product Manager. Depending on how things go, there could be an opportunity for this to become that full-time role, or there may be other assignments within the team afterwards.

In the role you will;

  • Support one of our core squads at an important stage. You'll work hand-in-hand with engineers and designers, critiquing current bets, driving execution, and making sure we're solving real customer problems effectively.
  • Collaborate to deliver 10x improvements. Though established and growing, we have a huge opportunity in front of us, so we’re looking to delivery big step-changes in value rather than incremental improvements.
  • Emphasise velocity. Defining and delivering thin slices of value, reviewing impact quickly, and iterating based on what you learn.
  • Opportunity to impact beyond the squad. We work collaboratively between squads as well as within, with opportunities to improve our product operations and influence the wider team; cross-functionally working with marketing, customer success and sales.

You’ll have;

  • 7+ years’ commercial experience in Product Management, some of which is in early-stage B2B SaaS environment. Ideally this experience will be in high-performing cross-functional squads, as you’ll be joining (and completing!) a Product trio.
  • Ability to onboard at pace and make impact early, ideally from previous contract/interim experience. From this, you will be able to truly embed yourself into the team and wider business, having acclimated to the dynamics, processes and culture.
  • A bias for action; prioritising the delivery of measurable outcomes over shipping features.
  • The ability to driven and improve velocity (of learning/outcome delivery) in an established product where constraints (such as a legacy codebase) exist.

You might have;

  • Commercial experience with integrating LLMs in a product.
  • Seed-Series B GTM/commercial experience.
  • Previous contract/interim PM experience. This is strongly preferred, given the need for you to onboard quickly; but if you have only come from permanent roles where you have had to dive into projects straight away, we would still love to hear from you.

Why you’d love it here;

  • Hybrid working! X2 Days a week including Thursday (company day).
  • A people focused culture! We are HUGE on cross-team collaboration, and in the same vein also socialising amongst teams and departments, with a friendly open plan office to facilitate this.
  • Regular socials to unwind and have some fun! From ‘Sip and Paint’ to F1 Arcades, Cricket matches, summer parties and sports days. Whether you like to get involved or not, the option is there.
  • A dog friendly office… if you have a furry friend, they are VERY welcome to join the Risk Legend community.
