BI/Data Analyst

At Rossum, we are on the lookout for a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving our data strategy by managing and optimizing data workflows, performing in-depth analysis, and providing actionable insights to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. You will work closely with our Data Engineer and other cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integration, and usability for decision-making. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with advanced data platforms, such as Keboola, and influence business outcomes with your analytical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large data sets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide insights that will drive decision-making for our GTM and Product teams
Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by monitoring data pipelines and implementing best practices for data governance.
Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, CX, and Finance teams to understand data requirements and provide the necessary analytics support.
Build and maintain dashboards in BI tools (Tableau) for executive reporting and GTM performance tracking.
Proactively identify areas of improvement in data processes, tools, and reporting to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Help design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources (CRM, Product, Billing, and more) into our centralized data warehouse.
Manage and optimize data workflows within Keboola, ensuring seamless data integration and automation across GTM tools and product data (Salesforce, JIRA, etc.).
About You:
At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a Revenue Operations or GTM environment.
Experience with ETL tools and processes; hands-on experience managing data pipelines is a plus.
Experience working with Keboola or similar data integration platforms is highly desirable.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets; familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Ability to translate business problems into data-driven insights and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong focus on data accuracy, process efficiency, and delivering high-quality results.
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
