About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People, Workplace and IT team. In this role, you’ll drive seamless, candidate-first hiring experiences across our go-to-market teams.
We value innovation and are seeking someone eager to bring fresh ideas—especially around sourcing, employer branding, and recruiting process efficiency.
What You’ll Do
You will be a critical contributor to our recruitment efforts, managing end-to-end hiring while identifying the best talent on the market. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
Source proactively via LinkedIn, niche platforms, events, and referrals—ensuring 3+ qualified candidates per open role
Run full-cycle hiring for mid lvl to senior roles in Sales, Customer Experience, and Rossum's back office functions (Marketing, People, and Finance)
Lead structured intake meetings and advise hiring managers with funnel metrics and market insight
Keep our ATS (Ashby) organized and accurate, generating weekly hiring dashboards

Co-lead employer branding or referral campaigns to grow and diversify top-of-funnel pipeline
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who brings:
1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or a tech scale-up
Confidence in sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray, events, communities)
Comfortable using data and AI-enabled tools to track and improve recruiting performance
A clear, friendly communication style and ability to build stakeholder trust
A fast-learning, flexible mindset suited to a fast-evolving environment
What Success Looks Like
Within 3 Months
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and the People Ops team
Fill your first role in under 45 days, meeting pipeline and conversion benchmarks
Share actionable ideas to streamline sourcing workflows and elevate candidate experience
Achieve a ≥30% response rate on outbound messages through targeted outreach
Within 6 Months
Maintain an offer acceptance rate of ≥ 85%
Sustain healthy pipelines with 3+ qualified candidates per open role
Take ownership of a key sourcing channel and deliver consistent results
Within 12 Months
Reduce average time-to-fill across supported departments
Co-lead an employer branding or sourcing campaign that improves pipeline quality
Deliver a sourcing playbook with outreach templates, benchmarks, and channel strategies
Maintain candidate satisfaction scores above 85% on sourced roles
