About the Role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our Sales team in Prague. In this role, you’ll drive customer growth and retention by building long-term partnerships and uncovering strategic expansion opportunities. You’ll collaborate with Product, R&D, Marketing and Customer Success to maximize account value and ensure customers get the most out of Rossum’s AI-powered document-processing platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 30–50 enterprise customers (>$1 billion revenue)

  • Drive revenue growth through upsells, cross-sells and renewals

  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including executive business reviews and expansion roadmaps

  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing actionable feedback with Product and R&D

  • Partner with Customer Support and Onboarding Managers for a seamless post-sale experience

  • Keep Salesforce pipeline and activity tracking up to date

  • Collaborate with the Technical Account Management team to expand our footprint

  • Identify growth paths for accounts with limited engagement

  • Support Marketing in driving customer advocacy initiatives

Who You Are

  • 3+ years managing post-sale B2B SaaS enterprise accounts (>$1 billion revenue)

  • Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce), data analysis (Excel/Sheets) and presentation building

  • Experienced in revenue forecasting and value-based selling

  • Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and adaptability

  • Excellent communicator and presenter

  • Bonus: background in Intelligent Document Processing, finance/digital-transformation teams or scale-up environments

What Success Looks Like

Within 1–3 Months

  • Complete onboarding and internal training

  • Build relationships with 10+ key accounts and cross-functional partners

  • Identify and present 2–3 quick-win expansion or risk-mitigation opportunities

Within 4–6 Months

  • Maintain >90% renewal forecast accuracy

  • Roll out an Executive Business Review process for your top 25% of accounts

  • Uncover at least 5 qualified upsell opportunities

Within 6–12 Months

  • Achieve >95% gross renewal rate and strong net revenue retention

  • Expand Rossum’s footprint in 30%+ of your account base

  • Share insights to refine account strategy and onboarding workflows
