About the Role

Rossum is an AI-native platform helping global finance teams eliminate manual data entry and accelerate business workflows.

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to build, optimize, and scale the systems, processes, and analytics that power Rossum’s marketing engine. You’ll make sure our campaigns are measurable, our MarTech stack is integrated, and our teams have the insights they need to make great decisions.

You’ll bring fresh ideas around automation, AI-driven personalization, and closed-loop reporting — and you’ll collaborate closely with Demand Gen, Sales, and RevOps to improve efficiency and impact from day one 🚀

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the architect of our marketing systems and the bridge between technology, data, and growth.

  • Own and optimize the Marketo automation platform (and lead migration to HubSpot)

  • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, Drift, and other MarTech tools

  • Partner with Content and Web teams to maintain and improve our WordPress operations

  • Design and manage scalable MarTech architecture for future growth

  • Implement AI-powered lead enrichment and automation tools for smarter segmentation

  • Build and maintain automated lead capture, routing, and nurturing workflows

  • Develop and refine lead scoring models to accelerate pipeline growth

  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and privacy (GDPR, CCPA)

  • Build dashboards across HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools to measure performance and ROI

  • Enable Marketing and Sales teams through templates, playbooks, and lifecycle reporting

Who You Are?

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re equal parts systems thinker and hands-on problem solver.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment

  • Strong working knowledge of Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, and conversational marketing tools (e.g., Drift, Qualified)

  • Experience designing automation workflows, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards

  • Analytical mindset with proven success turning data into decisions

  • Understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA)

  • Experience with Make, Zapier, or similar integration platforms

  • Collaborative and proactive — you love solving cross-team challenges

Bonus points if you have:

  • Integration experience between HubSpot and Salesforce

  • Exposure to ABM strategies and BI tools like Tableau or Looker

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments

What Success Looks Like

Within 3 Months:

  • Complete onboarding and training across Rossum’s MarTech stack

  • Build relationships with Demand Gen, Sales, and RevOps teams

  • Identify and deliver 2–3 quick wins in workflows or reporting

Within 6 Months:

  • Deliver the migration from Marketo to HubSpot

  • Launch new lead scoring and routing improvements

  • Roll out performance dashboards for campaigns and channels

Within 12 Months:

  • Run a fully integrated MarTech stack supporting scalable growth

  • Demonstrate measurable impact on conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and reporting accuracy

  • Present a roadmap for AI-driven personalization across the buyer journey
