At Ryde it's only the beginning, and off the back of our £4 million Seed Funding, we are searching for a Live Operations Assistant to take us to the next level. With the delivery sector aggressively expanding, and no signs of slowing down, so are we. Ryde is set to continue our rapid growth across the UK and, with your help, into Europe and beyond.

Your Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly expanding start-up as a Junior Client Success Manager reporting directly to our Client Success Director. At Ryde, we move fast. You’ll be collaborating with talented industry specialists, tackling complex problems and creating genuinely meaningful impact across the entire business.

Your responsibilities

  • Assisting our current live ops team with the day to day operations across all deliveries
  • Providing vital courier support during their jobs
  • Keeping regular comms with our riders to ensure high levels of job fulfilment and accuracy
  • Engaging our rider pool and getting them excited about work!
  • Assisting with administrative tasks in our recruitment team; sending out invitations on job boards, activating rider accounts and supporting them along the way

You are

  • A fast learner and highly motivated
  • A tech whizz and comfortable picking up internal systems
  • Comfortable communicating with team members, clients and riders across the entire business
  • High energy, confident and ambitious
  • Ready to get stuck in!

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Slack
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
  • Have experience as a courier/have a keen interest in the logistics & delivery industry
