Your Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly expanding start-up as a Junior Client Success Manager reporting directly to our Client Success Director. At Ryde, we move fast. You’ll be collaborating with talented industry specialists, tackling complex problems and creating genuinely meaningful impact across the entire business.

Your responsibilities

  • Support Ryde's commercial growth efforts across multiple verticals; grocery, e-commerce & restaurant.
  • Creative & strategic management of our existing portfolio of clients, including but not limited to world famous brands and some of the UK's most successful start ups.
  • Build deep and lasting relationships with key decision-makers, operations Managers and support their wider teams to the best of your ability.
  • Be an expert in our Product, Platform and Operations. You will be able to provide solutions at the drop of a hat!
  • Ensure satisfaction of Key Accounts by communicating and project managing their needs effectively
  • Regular calls and meetings with your portfolio to ensure needs are continuously met and identify any churn risks within your portfolio and implement action plans to mitigate

You have

  • 1+ years of client-facing experience within B2B environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling connects with people at various levels of seniority
  • Ability to cope with a substantial amount of responsibility and manage deadlines
  • Hustler mentality, hungry to learn and exceed client expectations in a demanding environment
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks/requests in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Solutions-oriented, always look for innovative ways to make things work rather than reasons why something won’t work
  • The confidence to lead client meetings at all levels
  • Consultative approach, with a natural desire to understand your client’s needs and work to find a solution that fits them best
  • Tenacious, ambitious, with a large drive to increase revenue portfolio
  • Embody & promote our Rider First mission
