Your Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly expanding start-up as a Operations Manager for Logistics reporting directly to our Account Director. At Ryde, we move fast. You’ll be collaborating with talented industry specialists, tackling complex problems and creating genuinely meaningful impact across the entire business.
Your responsibilities
- Implementing and improving logistics processes and best practices for Ryde and our New Key Accounts.
- Facilitate New Client Onboarding; problem solving with Live Operations and Client Operations Solutions.
- Play key role in the ongoing implementation and improvement of our logistics services & processes; hubs and transportation solutions (fleet).
- Create a strong connection with our Engineering and Development Team. You will own the Live Operations Product Roadmap, and create a view for 2022 and beyond.
- Ensuring a best in class service for our customers across all things involving logistics
- Leading cross-departmental logistics goals to ensure clarity and visibility across internal processes
- Inventory Management & Asset Management; negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers.
- Planning and analysing budgets and expenditures.
You have
- 4+ years experience in an operational role within logistics and/or rapid last mile delivery
- Proven experience in overseeing and improving end to end logistics services
- Thrive as a problem-solver and possess excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
- An excellent communicator who has the ability to work across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
