What We’re Building
SE3 Labs is building Spatial AI by combining 3D computer vision with large language models to give drones the ability to understand and act in the physical world.
This capability unlocks the next generation of autonomous flight, transforming how drones operate across construction, infrastructure inspection, and defense.
Now we are bringing Spatial AI into the sky through high-performance UAVs that can perceive, decide, and fly on their own.
We are looking for a Drone Engineer who is ready to push flight systems, autonomy, and AI integration to new heights.
Team
We’re a small team of builders with deep roots in computer vision, robotics, and autonomy. Our founders have worked with Elon Musk at Tesla, and led engineering at Nvidia, Bosch, and Artisense.
Daniel, our co-founder, serves as President of the European Computer Vision Association. We move fast, stay close to the hardware, and build tech that pushes the edge of what’s possible in the physical world.

Your Mission
You’ll help scale SE3, by identifying, engaging, attracting and closing the best talent in our field.
Work alongside Lukas (CEO) and Alex (HoT) in building a robust talent engine and employer brand.

You'll be obsessed by the idea of making SE3 the most competitive employer in the space.
What You’ll Do
Source and attract world-class talent by building robust pipelines for specialised technical roles, such as Drone Engineering, Computer Vision ML Engineers and Flight Control Engineers, as well as operational and GTM talent.
Create creative sourcing strategies, not just sourcing on Linkedin, to identify those top 1%, hard to find candidates.

Happy to screen and assess technical candidates, understanding depth of knowledge vs buzzwords.
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in technical recruiting, with a preference for drone or robotics fields.
Experienced working in a startup environment, dealing with ambiguity and getting stuck into a bit of everything.
Deep sourcing expertise.
Familiarity with a variety of tooling - including Ashby, Juicebox and others.
Curiosity, grit, and an instinct for hire candidates in fields that are technically complex and high-impact.
German speaker.
