The Team:

Our product team is made up of versatile product managers who have, and are constantly developing and broadening, their skill sets and deepening their process knowledge. You'll have the chance to work with like-minded individuals who enjoy juggling their business acumen with delivering first class products in LegalTech.

The role:

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager, primarily for our Investment App. The app is in its formative stages and we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of how we ensure product market fit, how we track the successes or failures, and how to pivot to ensure we meet customer expectations and achieve business goals.

You must be a multi-talented team player who advocates the use of data to understand and articulate the problem/issue or opportunity. You use insight to inform your decisions, enjoy conceptualising and innovating new solutions. You will be involved in everything - you will have the full responsibility of taking this product to market and making it a success. You will work closely with the founders, understanding their vision and making sure we deliver quickly but correctly. You collaborate across the business so you are supported by marketing, sales, support teams at the right time.

Experienced in agile techniques and ceremonies – the Senior Product manager is responsible for the delivery of innovative solutions using strong research data to understand your market place but brave enough to follow fresh alternatives to revolutionise the LegalTech space for investors and founders.

You are an individual who enjoys working as part of a team, is well organised, pragmatic and a lateral thinker with an inquisitive mind who puts our customers first.

We'd love to hear from you if...

  • You have been driving product development with a team of developers and designers for at least 8 years
  • You are a proven story teller - bring everyone along for the journey, getting them to understand why you're doing the work and what the impact will be
  • You love working with all business units to build products that are leaders in their category
  • You take a data-driven approach to decide which problems to solve for customers and find solutions that deliver on customer needs
  • You can lead an inspiring discovery phase, carrying out customer research and market analysis to cement the direction of the product.
  • You align business departments and stakeholders across a business to ensure the launch of even a button is supported, communicated and delivered with the utmost precision
  • You target your success on the business strategy and the goals you need to achieve for growth and success
  • You love taking a customer problem and extracting out the requirements, chunking them up, slicing them up and prioritising them in order for the best way to deliver
  • You get a bit geeked out by defining and tracking metrics to inform new feature ideas
  • You love to motivate and drive an agile team so they leap out of bed every day fired up and ready to go
  • B2B doesn't phase you - bring on tables and spreadsheets
  • You can deliver the right solution at the right time, in the right place
  • Github is your friend
  • Can prioritise well, use sound judgment and critical thought and communicate your decision making process and can incorporate feedback to achieve a balanced output for time to market and potential for revenue.
  • Proactive, fun and hardworking with a positive outlook
  • Analytical mindset, complexity management and systems thinking, domain research
  • Experience with BI tools, basic data modelling and data analysis skills, SQL
  • Project management skills, e.g. delivery timelines, dependencies management, alignment
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to get into the nitty gritty, foresee edge cases, and provide well thought out requirements to our engineering teams

And if you can hit one or two of these as well, even better...

  • You have experience with AI PM methods and efficiencies
  • Experience in the startup world
