As our platform grows and expands capabilities, we are seeking a temporary mortgage operations admin to support document data validation and ensure seamless operation of our automated workflows.
Job Purpose:
This role focuses on validating data extracted from financial documents at scale, ensuring accuracy and consistency within a high-volume, rapidly expanding automation platform. You will be part of the QA/testing team that enables smooth processing and supports the growth of platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate data extracted from financial documents, including bank statements, tax returns, pay slips, and loan/investment statements.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across high-volume document flows.
- Document findings and collaborate with QA and operations teams to ensure consistent processing.
- Support the deployment of new workflows or platform capabilities by validating outputs during testing phases.
- Maintain clear records of validation activities and document handling.
- Handle sensitive financial data securely and in compliance with privacy standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data efficiently.
- Ability to read and interpret financial documents accurately.
- Familiarity with mortgage operations, lending, or financial services admin
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple validations under tight timelines.
- Effective communication skills, including clear documentation of validation activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in mortgage operations
- Experience working with fintech platforms, high-volume data flows, or automation systems is a plus.
