Growth Partnerships Account Manager (Temporary)
Speechly
Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators.
At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there.
A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.
We’re looking for a Growth Partnerships Manager (6-month temporary employee) on the Ads & Brands Creator Business Solutions team to help game developers grow through advertising. This role blends deep analytical skills with relationship management — you’ll analyze campaign performance, recommend growth strategies, and help developers understand key metrics Roblox like D1, D7 retention, QPTR and ultimately ROAS and ultimately LTV. You’ll partner directly with developers to translate data into clear, actionable strategies that drive sustainable game growth.
Role is based in our San Mateo, CA location on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (remote Monday and Friday)
You will:
- Own relationships with a portfolio of developer partners, acting as a strategic advisor on user acquisition and monetization.
- Analyze developer ad performance data (ROAS, ARPU, retention, LTV models) and identify optimization opportunities.
- Build growth strategies tailored to developer goals — including creative testing frameworks, budget pacing, and pairing organic and ads strategies
- Clearly explain complex performance concepts (e.g., attribution modeling, incrementality, cohort analysis) in a way developers can act on.
- Partner with product, data science, and partnerships teams to provide feedback to improve tooling, dashboards, and reporting for developers.
- Support creation of scalable resources — best practice guides, case studies, growth playbooks — to support a broad developer base.
You have:
- 4+ years of experience in mobile advertising, user acquisition, growth marketing, or developer partnerships.
- Regular Roblox user and familiar with or part of the community
- Strong technical fluency in UA metrics: ROAS, LTV modeling, CPI, retention cohorts, incrementality testing, SKAdNetwork / privacy frameworks.
- Ability to learn new technologies, dashboards and methodologies quickly and be able to distill them to developers.
- Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience, making data approachable and actionable.
- Excellent relationship-building skills; able to serve as a trusted partner to indie creators and large studios alike.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives from data
