Roblox is looking for a Senior Compliance Program Manager with broad regulatory compliance and operational subject matter expertise to help build the program from the ground up. You will build, operationalize, and scale Roblox’s regulatory readiness and compliance program. You will partner with the legal, business, and product teams to build process documentation, create scalable solutions, and manage escalations.

The ideal candidate is highly-organized, motivated, reliable and execution oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to effectively manage multiple highly cross functional programs at once.

You will:

Build & Scale the Program

  • Manage and mature the structure of regulatory compliance escalation forums
  • Develop automated dashboards and metrics on compliance programs for reporting to senior leadership
  • Develop programmatic processes and resources to manage audit requests end-to-end

Manage Escalation Forums

  • Mature our regulatory escalation resources, templates, and communications to ensure that Roblox has an efficient and scalable process for regulatory compliance escalation management.
  • Organize and track the end-to-end lifecycle of regulatory compliance escalation issues.

Communication & Educate

  • Develop and deliver compliance training and evangelization programs to a broad range of partners
  • Develop compliance communications and reporting programs for senior leadership and key business stakeholders

You have:

  • 6+ years of experience on regulatory compliance programs, ideally at a global or technology company
  • 3+ years working in a highly regulated domain such as integrity, online safety, privacy, or security
  • Experience in project and program management, including problem solving, time management, organization, critical issue management and metrics development
  • Proficiency in defining metrics and utilizing BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) to visualize data. Ability to tell a compelling story about program health using data.
  • Experience creating engaging training materials and internal communications that simplify complex topics.
  • Experience operationalizing and designing compliance workflows, working with different case management systems
  • Experience in process design and improvement in end-to-end product lifecycle

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.

Annual Salary Range
$160,730$196,900 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
