Spill is an app that makes all the benefits of talking therapy available to everyone, every day. How does it work? We match each user with one of our Spill mentors, all of whom are fully-qualified counsellors. Users are then able to message them every day, and they'll reply with support, guidance and exercises to improve wellbeing and self-understanding over time. We currently work with some amazing businesses and organisations, including Rightmove and Monzo, and recently launched our product to the public with a disruptive monthly subscription plan that works out at around half the price of a single face-to-face therapy session. It's all part of our bigger mission to get everyone talking about their feelings more. Because we believe - and it has been scientifically proven - that we're all happier, healthier and more self-aware as a result.
