We’re looking for a Calendar Marketing Coordinator or Manager to own SPOKE’s marketing calendar across email, SMS and direct mail. This role is about planning, coordinating and executing campaigns that balance brand storytelling with commercial priorities, ensuring customers receive timely, well-judged communications throughout the year.

  • Translate trading, product and brand priorities into a structured campaign plan.
  • Set and manage cadences, ensuring activity is deliberate and well balanced.
  • Pair meticulous planning with the flexibility to pivot when necessary.

Campaign execution

  • Build and send campaigns in line with the agreed calendar.
  • Coordinate creative, copy and web inputs required for each send.
  • Own QA and final sign-off to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Direct mail

  • Own the planning and execution of direct mail activity.
  • Align direct mail timing with digital campaigns and broader calendar moments.
  • Coordinate suppliers, production timelines and internal inputs.
  • Track performance and feed learnings back into future planning.

Performance and learning

  • Monitor campaign-level performance across channels, proactively health-checking key metrics.
  • Share clear, practical post-campaign reports.
  • Use learnings to inform future calendar decisions and improve efficiencies.

What success looks like

  • A well-structured marketing calendar, supported by data and guided by a brand lens.
  • Experience with email and SMS campaigns (Klaviyo) preferred, with direct mail experience a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and deadlines.
  • Data-oriented, organised and commercially aware.
  • An understanding of the menswear and/or mid-luxury fashion landscape would be a plus.

  • Vitality health insurance
  • 3% pension matching
  • 3&2 working week - work from home (or anywhere else) 2 days per week
