Our Mission:
At Sunrise Robotics, we are dedicated to augmenting humanity through intelligent robotics. Our mission is to elevate the world of manufacturing by introducing intelligent, flexible robots that enhance human capabilities and existing machinery, ushering in the next era of production at higher quality, with less waste, and lower cost.
Our Vision:
We see a future where every element of manufacturing, from design to assembly, is optimised with intelligent automation. Our vision is to integrate flexible robotic solutions, based on generic hardware and advanced software/AI capabilities, into manufacturing, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises, to make automation economically viable and accessible, for all sizes of manufacturers. We are not just building robots; we are creating the strategically crucial components for autonomous, intelligent agents of the future.
The Role:
At Sunrise Robotics, this Enterprise Sales Executive role exists to bring intelligent robotic automation into complex manufacturing environments and drive our expansion across Europe.
You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders at manufacturing companies to understand production workflows and identify where automation can deliver meaningful operational and financial impact. You’ll build a pipeline through targeted outreach and time on-site, and lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close. This is not transactional sales - you’re helping customers adopt a new category of flexible automation and guiding them through that shift.
In your first 6–12 months, your impact should be clear: a strong enterprise pipeline, successful pilot engagements, and closed deals that convert into long-term partnerships. You will be accountable for revenue generation in your region and for shaping how Sunrise goes to market as we scale internationally.
What You’ll Do:
Build Sunrise Robotics’ commercial presence across Europe, developing new opportunities with manufacturers in complex production environments
Generate pipeline through proactive outreach, deep account research, industry relationships, and meaningful time spent on customer sites
Spend time on-site understanding factory-floor workflows and identifying where intelligent automation can drive measurable operational and financial impact
Lead full sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close, navigating multi-stakeholder decision processes with clarity and conviction
Structure and manage pilot engagements with clearly defined success criteria, creating a repeatable path to scaled commercial rollout
Grow and expand an existing customer base, increasing revenue and unlocking new long-term commercial opportunities
Maintain strong pipeline visibility and forecasting discipline while collaborating closely with technical, product, and customer success teams to ensure successful deployments
What You’ll Need:
A track record of selling complex, enterprise solutions, ideally in early-stage or international market-launch environments
Experience commercialising innovative, non-commoditised products where value had to be created, not simply compared
Confidence operating in high-ambiguity environments with limited playbooks and a strong sense of ownership
An entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrated through founding experience, rapid progression, or expanded scope and responsibility
A strong work ethic and evidence of deep preparation, thoughtful account research, and initiative beyond the brief
High curiosity and the ability to ramp quickly on robotics, manufacturing workflows, and technical concepts
Comfort operating independently in the field while driving deals forward with discipline and structure
Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage, particularly for a DACH-focused pipeline
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and spend meaningful time on customer sites
What Makes You Stand Out:
Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial automation, or robotics environments
Experience with long sales cycles involving pilots, proofs-of-concept, or staged rollouts
Background in early-stage or scaling companies entering new markets
Experience working closely with product or engineering teams in technical sales environments
Additional European languages beyond English
Why Us:
We’re building a new category of intelligent, flexible robotic automation with real deployments, real customers, and momentum across Europe.
High exposure: Work directly with founders and leadership on strategy, market entry, and key commercial decisions
Career acceleration: Help define the enterprise sales motion for a category-defining robotics company while building deep expertise in industrial automation
