About the role
We are looking for an Insight Analyst to empower Superscript to make even more data informed decisions and provide insights to numerous stakeholders within the business.
Reporting directly to our Analytics Lead, this position is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact but also gain exposure in advanced data modelling and analytics engineering.
What you'll get up to:
- Be at the forefront in delivering business insights and enabling better decision making
- Champion the use of analytics and data across our organisation
- Actively engage with stakeholders for all data related queries
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to scale their analytics capabilities
- Influence our source systems and the data they produce together with the Tech team
- Recommend how to make the most of existing data and gather new insights
- Own all Tableau activities
- Regularly conduct complex analysis to answer a variety of business questions
- Develop dbt models
About you:
- 2+ years as an Insight Analyst (or similar role)
- Strong knowledge of modelling data for analysis
- Excellent SQL know-how, and ideally, exposure to dbt
- Technical expertise in BI tools (we use Tableau)
- Exposure to working with Product and Marketing teams to understand performance drivers
- Knowledge of driving A/B tests and best practices considered a bonus
- Love digging deep into data, highlighting issues and offering solutions
