About the role

Here at Superscript we’re on the hunt for a customer-obsessed Insurance Retentions Executive. Superscript is all about enabling SMEs to take the risks they need with the comfort of business insurance that suits them, and those in the Retentions team are pivotal in achieving this mission.

This role involves preserving and enhancing customer relationships by preventing policy cancellations and promoting policy renewals through proactive communication. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, confident on the phone and with a willingness to learn the ropes of insurance.

What you'll get up to:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of sales transactions and customer interactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with the wider Customer Operations team to address and rectify issues discovered during quality assurance processes
  • Understand customer data and trends to identify factors influencing sales and retention rates
  • Proactively seek ways on how the customer experience process can be improved and share ideas with your fellow team members
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for sales and retention teams on best practices, compliance and quality assurance standards
  • Act as a liaison between quality assurance and wider teams to facilitate effective communication and understanding
  • Generate and maintain detailed reports and records of quality assurance activities, findings and resolutions
  • Utilise analytical tools and software to analyse data, identify trends and potential areas for improvement

About you:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, sales and retention analysis
  • Familiarity with sales and retention processes and regulations in the insurance/financial services industry
  • Excellent attention and detail to accuracy
  • Hunger and capacity to learn
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanour
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
