About the role

As we focus on the next stage of our growth, we're looking to build a team of Commercial Insurance Specialists to help!

As our Senior Commercial New Business Executive you will form the Inbound/Outbound New Business arm of our well established and highly successful Customer Success Department, developing new business, and cross selling our innovative Business Solutions.

The perfect person will be driven, super-organised and enthusiastic people-person, eager to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

You'll be an integral part of the team, joining us at a very exciting time - with heaps of opportunity to progress your career!

What you'll get up to:

• Responsible for a varied portfolio of accounts from business customers across all sectors for a range of commercial risks,

• Proactively sell our customer solutions to those who have expressed an interest in our policies by phone, email and online chat

• Convert and upsell to old and existing customers

• Be a voice and expert for the Superscript brand

• Engage and build relationships with customers

• Ensure that all Compliance/Operational procedures are followed

• Support a team of New business executives around you

About you:

• 5+ years experience in a Commercial New Business Account Handling role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Passionate about delivering an unstoppable customer service and a natural problem solver

• Is ambitious and has a desire to excel their career in a new business capacity.

• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Is a real team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Has a growth mindset, is motivated to be part of a highly driven team, and can demonstrate their ability to meet and exceed targets.

• Possession of the Cert CII Insurance certification.

• Experience with third-party tools such as Acturis, Aircall, Hubspot and Zendesk.
