What you'll get up to:
Working closely with our People & Culture Leader, and our Leadership & Talent Leader, you'll play an important role in helping the People team run effectively and ensuring we continue to deliver a great experience for our employees.

Take ownership of routine People administration, helping create capacity for the wider team to focus on strategic priorities.
Keep People processes, documentation and employee records organised, accurate and up to date.
Support the administration of key employee processes including onboarding, probation, absence, benefits, employee changes and leavers.
Help coordinate People initiatives, employee engagement activities, workshops and internal events.
Assist with People projects and ad-hoc pieces of work as they arise across the business.
Help prepare reports, people data, presentations and internal communications.
Support the maintenance and development of People policies, processes, templates and guidance.
Help coordinate meetings, workshops and People-related activity.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support People initiatives and resolve day-to-day queries.
Identify opportunities to make our People processes simpler, more efficient and more employee-friendly.
Take ownership of tasks from start to finish, ensuring actions are followed through and deadlines are met.
Be willing to get stuck in and support wherever the People team needs an extra pair of hands.
You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in wider People projects and initiatives.
This could include:
