We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Producer, who is passionate about project management and has a proven track record in feature development, release management, or technical development. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with our Product Manager to drive and execute the development teams' priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Project Manager/Producer at Sweatcoin, drive the development teams’ production pipelines in delivering the team’s goals in alignment with the priorities.

  • Assist the Product Manager in creating, maintaining, and planning the team's backlog and sprints.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and changes that could impact deadlines.Monitor and report on the progress of deliverables to the Product Manager.
  • Advocate for efficient practices and processes, while fostering effective communication and team morale.
  • Effectively run sprint meetings like Daily Update, Sprint Planning, Backlog Planning, and Monthly Retro.
  • Address feature overlap across teams and potential issues to maintain project integrity.

APPLY IF YOU ARE

  • Excelled as a Project Manager/Producer working with development teams for 2+ years.
  • Experienced working on large-scale and fast-paced mobile app products as a Project Manager/Producer.
  • A highly coordinated and structured individual with an attitude to learn and grow.
  • Good conflict resolution skills, supporting team members to find the best solutions to issues.
  • Proficiency with Project Management software (E.g. Jira, Confluence, Notion, Excel) and methodologies.

BONUS IF...

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager/Producer for a remote team.
  • Background in parallel fields such as Engineering or QA.
  • Technical capacity with the ability to ‘translate’ technical language
  • Certification in project management is a plus.
