Role Overview:
Sweat Economy is entering an exciting new chapter to expand its commercial value proposition and we’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Business Development team. As an AE, you will be instrumental in identifying, negotiating and closing new commercial partnerships with the best companies in Web3, which will be key in taking our Business Development partnerships to new heights!

Do you have prior experience in digital sales, ideally in a fast-paced environment i.e. a startup? Are you passionate about about decentralisation and Web3 adoption? Do you have experience managing the entire sales funnel, from prospecting to closing? Do you have the ability to adapt your sales approach to a dynamic product offering? Then this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage consumer Web3 companies, schedule meetings with decision-makers, lead sales calls to evaluate opportunities, and negotiate terms to close deals that satisfy all stakeholders.

    • Bring to market a growing number of product offerings to test their traction and results for our clients.

    • Manage your entire deal pipeline from prospecting to invoicing, liaising cross-functionally to ensure a successful launch of our clients’ campaigns.

    • Work closely with our Head of Business Development to advise our commercial product roadmap based on client’s feedback and solidify our go-to-market strategy

Skills and Qualifications:

    • You bring 3-5 years of expertise as a digital sales powerhouse.

    • Negotiating high-value deals exceeding $20,000 is your forte, showcasing your exceptional deal-making skills.

    • Consistently surpassing sales targets is second nature to you, with a proven history of outstanding achievements.

    • You leverage best-in-class sales strategies to drive exceptional results and dominate the revenue game.

    • You have over a year of hands-on experience in Media Advertising, or Sponsored Partnerships (preferred but not essential)

    • You possess a solid understanding of the Web3 landscape, including its key players and emerging trends.

    • You are self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities without supervision.
