Right now, we’re hiring an Avatar Specialist to work in a technical post-production role. Our avatars form a crucial component of our business and you’ll play an important role in ensuring the avatars we create are truly world-class. You'll leverage your skills in editing, grading, and keying videos to help us deliver the avatars found within our platform.

As a Avatar Specialist at Synthesia, you’ll:

• Focus on the post-production process for our avatars.
• Utilise your skills in editing, grading, keying and delivery of videos for avatar creation.
• Process avatar footage through our unique pipeline.
• Lead the quality assessment of our avatars at the conclusion of the creation process.
• Partner with our customer support teams as we deliver avatar footage for our customers.
• Organize and manage post-production assets, including footage, sound files, graphics, and visual effects elements.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited and finalized content, meeting project specifications and client expectations.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control throughout the post-production process.
• Work in DaVinci Resolve and other relevant post-production tools to deliver world-class avatars.
• Occasionally you’ll enter data for our external data annotation workflows.

You should apply if you bring:

• Proficiency in editing software, particularly DaVinci Resolve, and other relevant post-production tools.
• Experience in color grading, keying, and other post-production techniques.
• A desire to work in a technical post-production role as this is not a creative video editing position.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with the post-production team and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Interest in AI and Generative Media.
