🔍 The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to join our Product team and take ownership of one of our core product lines.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and GTM teams to drive the product roadmap, lead customer discovery, and ship high-impact features. As Synthesized expands into more enterprise environments, integrations, and data systems, your work will be central to ensuring we continue to move fast while maintaining clarity and product excellence.

This role is perfect for someone earlier in their Product career who wants real product ownership, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing category.

📋 What You’ll Be Doing

• Own key roadmap items for a key product area - define features, prioritise work, and drive delivery with engineering teams
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and validate solutions
• Run feature validation and customer discovery sessions to guide iteration and product-market fit
• Write clear, thoughtful PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support efficient and aligned delivery
• Work with Engineering & Design to manage sprint planning, scope discussions, and release quality
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to prepare GTM launch materials such as release notes, demo scripts, and enablement decks
• Track adoption, usage, and impact, ensuring features deliver meaningful customer value
• Help shape product vision and longer-term platform expansion strategies
  

🌱 About You

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Software Engineering, or a closely related role
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, you can speak clearly to both engineers and customers
• Comfortable breaking down problems and writing structured product specs and requirements
• Curious, proactive, and biased toward action, you move ideas to execution
• Motivated by shipping real value fast, not just perfect documentation
• Enjoys working closely with cross-functional teammates across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise in a fast-moving environment
• Bonus points if you have experience in data platforms, developer tooling, QA/Quality Engineering, or enterprise SaaS
